Microsoft announced yesterday the newest implementation of cloud services in the MS Office platform, called Office 365. It is doubling down on its commitment to the cloud with the launch of Office 365, a service that combines Microsoft Office, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Lync Online with the cloud. There are two editions of Office 365. Office 365 for Small Businesses is designed for organizations of one to 25 people. Microsoft has announced that Bing will partner with Facebook to deliver personalized search results based on your social network. Nearly six years after launching its own blog publishing platform, Microsoft is effectively ending development of Windows Live Spaces and announcing a partnership to upgrade users of the service to WordPress.com.
