Sprint announced the first ever 4G phone, HTC Evo 4G, with a massive 4.3’ display, 8mp camera with the capability of 720p video and WimMax as its 4g technology.
Other features of HTC Evo 4g include Android 2.1 OS, 512mb Ram, microSD card which can be upgraded to 32Gb, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Sprint TV, HDMI Output, 1.3 mp forward-facing camera, Assisted-GPS with Sprint Navigation, seven home screens, a personal organizer, Google apps, Sprint TV, messaging, and Outlook Exchange support for contacts and e-mail. One of the best features is that it can be used as a Mobile Wi-Fi hotspot. Other physical controls include a 3.5mm headset hack, a micro-USB port, a power control, and a volume rocker.
