Samsung Announced Galaxy S II and Galaxy Tab 10.1

Samsung Galaxy S II and Galaxy Tab 10.1 are official now. Samsung announced these amazing next generation devices on the eve of Mobile World Congress 2011.

The next generation smartphone Galaxy S II comes with an impressive 4.3” Super AMOLED Plus display, 1GHz dual-core Samsung CPU, along with 8MP rear-facing camera. It rides the the leading edge with a world’s thinnest 8.49mm slim form factor, a luxurious design and an easy grip. And the OS, users will be treated to Google’s Gingerbread version of Android with Samsung’s own TouchWiz (now up to version 4.0 for those keeping track) skin on top.

And the second masterpiece, joining 7-inch Galaxy Tab, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a larger 10.1-inch WXGA (1,280×800-pixel resolution) TFT touch screen and runs the latest Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system. Samsung’s original Tab used version 2.2, FroYo. This device is powered by a dual-core Nvidia’s Tegra 2 chipset and it supports 1080p HD video recording (at 24 frames per second) and playback (30fps), which you can take using the back-facing 8MP camera. There’s also a 2MP camera on front for video calls.
